About the Artist:

Ryan Higgins expresses his love of form, color, and elegance through the technique of flameworking borosilicate glass. His work about life's wonders, emotions, and growth combine both organic and geometric constructions. Flameworking glass allows the artist precise control of heating the glass for finely detailed work.

Higgins exhibits his work throughout the country in retail craft stores and galleries. He teaches flameworking at The Corning Museum of Glass. His work is also documented in books and video on flameworking.
